We collect only what a society needs to run dues, reminders, and resident service — and we keep each association’s data isolated.
What we store
Account phone number, name, society membership and role, home contacts you enter, dues and payment records, complaints, and consent records for reminders (DPDP).
How we use it
To operate HomBooks for your association: show ledgers, send dues reminders you authorize, and support committee handover exports. We do not sell resident data.
Your controls
Committee admins can export society data. Residents join via invite and consent to reminder use of their phone. Contact support to request account deletion.
